Brilliant 1½ hours of fun that flew by too fast which is a shame because we had so much fun. I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user and our instructor Eddie was amazingly helpful. He taught us so much about the sport, how to get the best from the tools and even better, how not to hurt ourselves anymore! I would definitely book ahead to just make sure especially if it's in the busier seasons or some evenings. It may have been a quiet Sunday morning in Cardiff bit it seems this place gets so busy! I would encourage everybody to have a go. FYI I never would have imagined myself being able to do this even a year ago, but this place is fun and inclusive, be honest about your abilities and let rip. I channeled my inner viking princess... hehehe

Brilliant time axe throwing, made better due to the instructor. He was brilliant. It s a it nippy but you do warm up and there are some heaters. There's a vending machine, but we grabbed a coffee on Newport Road and took it in. Would go back for sure. 90 mins of play helps you to improve and try out different games and techniques of throwing. Super fun thanks

Awesome experience. Doesn't take long to learn how to do it and they have different types of axe/techniques. You can play group tournaments as well. Great instructors-helpful and friendly.

Great time at LumberJack Axe throwing. £20pp for hour and half is a bloody bargain too. Plenty of time to get the hang of it and instructors on hand for tips to speed up your progression. Defo recommend this place.

Had a fun time, alternative date afternoon with my girlfriend. Steve and Ade were great hosts! They'll teach you some different throwing techniques and there are some good games you can play. Would recommend!

We went as a group of 6 and had a great time. We like that we were shown what to do and then left to have a go. The member of staff was on hand at all times, and showed us different ways of throwing for us to try. Next time I will be wearing more layers though as it was quite cold.

Had a really lovely time here for my birthday on Sunday just gone. I’m not sure of the instructors name, but he was fab. We will look forward to coming again when we are next in Cardiff!!!
